Summit Cabin Co was built by Jake Thompson out of a simple frustration: too many people had the land, the dream, and the drive to build a cabin — but no clear path to get there.
Jake started building in mountain and rural settings and quickly realized that the biggest barrier wasn't money or land. It was knowing where to start. Permits, design, materials, contractors — it's a lot when you've never done it before.
